The living area opens onto a large terrace with Weber gas barbeque and outdoor dining furniture. The open plan kitchen and breakfast bar have an american style fridge freezer and ice machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender and full hob and oven. Downstairs is a powder room and two large bedrooms (the master with seperate sitting area has ample space to double up as a family room - travel cots or fold away beds can be arranged on request). Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with twin sinks. Guests have full use of the villa's laundry facilities and bed and bath linen including beach towels are also provided. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a secluded garden and patio area. Forest Hills has a large communal pool with smaller childrens section, sunloungers are available and there are also shaded areas.
